Voucher Redemption

Weekly payments are made only after the vouchers have been redeemed. This means vendors must track the vouchers redeemed within their password-protected Vendor Dashboard or with their assigned Account Manager. Account Managers will provide vendors with instructions on how to use the self-serve Vendor Dashboard. Vendors should always keep the paper vouchers the customers turn in and/or the voucher number (if the customer shows it on their mobile application).
